A book series based on the idea that little things can feel important when you give them a space of their own.

Observations is a two-book anthology written by Spencer Tweedy. He asked us to design two chapbooks archiving his daily blog. We illustrated each entry using found textures from our everyday surroundings to reflect the subject matter, and risographed each collage to complement Spencer's original lo-fi entry format (printed receipts).

Both books serve as a minute glimpse into the musician's life, documenting the obvious (touring with different bands) alongside the unexpected (living through the COVID-19 pandemic).
